For Special Order deposit - If a item is marked as Special Order then during checkout select "50% Special Order deposit" as your payment method during checkout. We will contact you by email when your order is placed with the designer to confirm deposit and process deposit payment! SUPER EASY!

As soon as your items come in we will contact you regarding any remaining balance due and ship your items as soon as the balance has been paid.  If you are not ready at the time to pay the remaining balance we will convert it to a layaway that allows for the balance to be paid off within 30 days from the day we recieved the items in. If your layaway must be returned to stock after the 30 days due to non payment there will be a 25% restocking fee withheld and any amount that was deposited above the 25% will be refunded. If you receive your items and they don't fit or you are not happy with them you can make use of our standard return policy.

All you have to do is select “25% deposit for PreSales and Layaways” as your payment method during checkout! You won’t even have to put in a card number during checkout! We will contact you by email with a secure payment link and the total of your deposit. And later on if you wish to make additional payment(s), just let us know how much and we'll take care of it! It's SUPER EASY!

You are welcome to place any product on layaway except for items that are marked down 40% or more. You are welcome to cancel your layaway before the 30 day period, if however, we approve you to go beyond 30 days and then end up having to return your layaway back to stock we charge a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from your deposit. If your deposit was more than 25% we will refund the difference.

Once you receive your items if you are not satisfied with them you are welcome to make use of our standard 10 day return policy as long as your payment plan was paid out within 30 days. If your payment plan exceeded 30 days your items will be eligible for store credit but not refund.


We want you to love shopping with us! We enjoy building long lasting relationships with our customers. We want our online customers to love our store as much as our walk in customers do! With that in mind, we want our customers to be happy and provide a return policy to ensure that you are always happy with  your Whoopsie Daisy purchases!

Your return MUST be approve and shipped within 10 days of you receiving your merchandise (based on tracking information)*. Your return must accompany a copy of your receipt with the authorization number written on the receipt. Merchandise must be in as new condition which means unwashed, unworn, unused and tags still attached. Worn or used items may be returned only due to manufacturer’s defect, which is at the discretion of the manufacturer and handled on a case by case basis. Normal wear and tear or damage due to failure to follow manufacturer’s laundering instructions are not considered a defect. See below for special rules that apply to holiday themed items.

 EXCHANGES*: In order to serve you most efficiently and due to merchandise often selling quickly, we find that it's in your best interest to purchase the item you need up front and return the item that does not work. You are more than welcome to place a new order for the correct item at anytime. With our free shipping option, you'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order for your correct item. Once we receive your return, we'll refund you for the first order. 

NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASES: Online gift card purchases, in store gift certificates, and final clearance items that are marked down 40% or more are non-refundable.

HOLIDAY THEMED ITEMS*: If holiday themed items must be refunded we must have them back in our store within two weeks prior too the holiday! No refunds are allowed beyond that point. We will however be glad to exchange your item for another holiday item within 30 days of purchase. If exchanged for another holiday item you must pay the actual shipping cost to you for the new item.

*We reserve the right to either deny your request for return or charge a 20% restocking fee if we feel the free return policy is being abused by you. If a restocking fee is charged it will be deducted from the refunded amount.

*We reserve the right to change our Return Policy at any time.
